Return & Refund Policy
At Cozymamahaven, we want every mom to feel happy and supported with her purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products, intimate items, or gift cards for hygiene and safety reasons.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll provide clear instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, let us know within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
